I WILL find a way to beat Parkinson’s

Colin BenchI don’t care if I have to work through to Plan Z, I WILL find a way to beat Parkinson’s

I sure didn’t like the sound of Plan A which was to take medication and accept that Parkinson’s was a degenerative disease from which there was no way out.

So, I turned to Plan B, which was to follow research which said that adopting a different diet could halt its advance and even reverse its symptoms. That worked out pretty well.

So, then I added Plan C, intermittent fasting, where I don’t eat anything between 6pm and 9am next day. I did that following research which showed that fasting increases brain cell creation.

And, so it’s continued with toxin elimination, structured exercise, nicotine patches, magnesium body lotion, acupuncture, cranial osteopathy, reflexology, clinical massage, Emmett Technique, DNA Testing, blood tests, herbal remedies and so on.

I’m searching for answers both for myself and for others.

As I used to say during my business days, if it was easy, everyone would have done it by now. It isn’t easy to get on top of Parkinson’s but when you’re living well, 8 years after the first symptoms appeared, it’s sure worth the effort. Even it means trying numerous plans.
