Improving even more with Dietary Supplements

How I fixed my early symptoms Parkinson’s disease and got off Parkinson’s levodopa medication and how my health was improving even more with dietary supplements.

Two years ago, I was fast becoming an invalid. Despite my levodopa medication, I was rooted in a chair unable to stand for more then a few minutes because of rigidity in my back. I could no longer even write my name and walking had become a slow, cumbersome exercise. Fast forward to now and I am a man transformed, leading a full and active life, unconstrained by Parkinson’s and free of all my earlier symptoms…. and still improving as I refine my lifestyle approach still further!

This has all come about because I couldn’t understand why my doctors didn’t investigate what was causing my Parkinson’s. Sure, we know that Parkinson’s comes about because of death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra area of the brain, but my doctors weren’t investigating what was behind the dying off of the neurons.

If they weren’t interested, I for one was and I started trawling the web where I soon encountered numerous scientific research studies, published by university research faculties, which revealed that there are a number of potential origins of this neuronal cell death, chief amongst them being a chronic deficiency of glutathione.

I’d never heard of glutathione (pronounced gloota-thigh-own) before and was astonished to learn it’s the most important antioxidant we need in order to stay healthy and prevent disease. It’s the secret to preventing ageing, cancer, heart disease, dementia and more, and necessary to treat everything from autism to Parkinson’s disease.

I also learned that, in addition to adopting a healthy diet, I needed to take four dietary supplements which would restore my glutathione levels. As soon as I started to take high grade N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Curcumin, Alpha-Lipoic Acid and Milk Thistle, things began to change and, within a year, I was off all medication and my symptoms had receded. I was beginning to live well.

Intravenous injections are expensive and are required frequently, so dietary supplementation is the longer-lasting, inexpensive option for boosting glutathione levels.
